Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the UnlockMDM website, software, and services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and UnlockMDM ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Description of Services

UnlockMDM provides software tools designed to remove Mobile Device Management (MDM) profiles from Apple devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Mac computers. Our Services are intended for:

  • Removing MDM profiles from devices you legally own
  • Removing MDM profiles from devices you have explicit authorization to modify
  • Restoring full functionality to personally owned devices

Important: Our Services are NOT intended for removing MDM profiles from stolen devices, leased devices without authorization, or devices you do not have legal rights to modify.

Intended Use

The UnlockMDM software and services are intended solely for lawful purposes. By using our Services, you agree that you:

  • Are the legal owner of the device, or have obtained explicit written authorization from the owner to remove MDM profiles
  • Will not use the Services to circumvent security measures on stolen, lost, or unauthorized devices
  • Will not use the Services to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws
  • Accept full responsibility for ensuring your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee that any defects will be corrected or that our servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNLOCKMDM AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Data Loss: We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or damage to your device resulting from the use of our Services
  • Device Damage: We are not liable for any hardware damage, software issues, or bricking of devices
  • Legal Consequences: We are not responsible for any legal consequences resulting from unauthorized use of our Services
  • Business Losses: We are not liable for any lost profits, business interruption, or commercial damages
  • Third-Party Claims: We are not responsible for any claims made by third parties, including employers, educational institutions, or device management providers

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

User Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for backing up your device data before using our Services
  • You understand the risks associated with removing MDM profiles and accept full responsibility for any outcomes
  • You will not hold UnlockMDM liable for any issues arising from the use of our Services
  • You are responsible for verifying your legal right to modify the device
  • You will not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software

Payment and Refunds

By purchasing our Services, you agree to the following:

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes
  • Registration is tied to your device serial number and is non-transferable

Re-bypass services are provided free of charge for registered devices that require MDM removal after a factory reset.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and code, are the exclusive property of UnlockMDM and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UnlockMDM and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any claim that your use of the Services caused damage to a third party

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
